UK — Healthcare market research agency Cello Health Insight has appointed Massimo Bufi as a director level senior methodologist in its quantitative research IQ team as part of a number of new positions.
At the same time, the IQ team has been bolstered with the appointment of a new research executive, Lisa Rollins, and the promotion of Richard Kunzmann to director level.
Bufi (pictured) is an experienced data analytics professional and joins from Ipsos MORI where he headed a team of research analysts in the customer experience (loyalty) function. His technical experience includes marketing mix modelling, path modelling, conjoint analysis and linear modelling.
Kunzmann has been with Cello Health Insight since February 2012.
Rollins was most recently a senior research analyst at Kantar Health.
Formerly Insight Research Group, Cello Health Insight is the global marketing research arm of Cello Health, with offices in London, New York, Chicago and Switzerland.
Recent acquisitions include healthcare communications agency iS Health Group, based in the UK, in May 2014 and San Francisco-based market research company Promedica in December 2014.
