US – Market research consultancy Alter Agents has appointed Michelle Castle as chief innovation officer.
Castle (pictured) has previously served as US chief executive of Hall & Partners and chief executive of db5 and Hypothesis Group, and held senior roles at insights companies including IRI and Millward Brown.
Prior to joining Alter Agents, she was a strategic adviser for consultancy business Have Her Back.
Based in Chicago, Castle will lead the development of new business products and services for Los Angeles-headquartered Alter Agents, with the aim of creating growth and value for the company.
Rebecca Brooks, founder and chief executive, Alter Agents, Castle’s appointment would help the company’s goal to “pursue innovative, scalable strategies that will benefit the entire market research ecosystem, and our continued growth”.
