The move is part of Capgemini’s acquisition of engineering and R&D services company Altran, announced in 2019.

Both subsidiaries were already part of Capgemini, following the acquisition.

The additions of Frog and Cambridge Consultants to Capgemini Invent will bolster its services in customer experience, enterprise transformation and business intelligence.

Headquartered in San Francisco, Frog offers access to a network of 35 design and innovation studios globally.

Cambridge Consultants has a headcount of 900, with offices in Cambridge, Boston, Tokyo and Singapore. The company offers services in sectors including medical and life science, industrial and energy, consumer and retail, and communications and infrastructure.
