Cambiar hires Hunter from General Mills to associate role

US— Market research management consultancy Cambiar has hired former General Mills chief Jeff Hunter as an associate with a focus on marketing sciences, growth strategies and emerging markets.

Hunter (pictured), who retired from his role as senior director for consumer insights at General Mills earlier this year, is a former trustee of the Marketing Science Institute, a past president of the Market Research Council and served on the board of directors at the American Marketing Association.

Simon Chadwick, managing partner at Cambiar, said: “Jeff is a tremendous addition to our team. He is one of the most respected researchers in the United States and a highly regarded observer of the key trends in research.”
