UK – Zoe Cotter-Morton has joined C Space from BBC Worldwide as HR director to support agency growth and drive people strategy.
According to the announcement, Cotter-Morton’s appointment is part of a move to ‘galvanise its commitment to recruiting and retaining the world’s best talent and support its key principle that diversity breeds creativity'.
Cotter-Morton will sit on C Space's EMEA management team and will be a member of its global people board. She will take a lead on learning and development talent strategy.
“This is a very exciting time for us and we’re thrilled to welcome Zoe to the team," said Phil Burgess, joint managing director of C Space.
"She has a strong background in people and organisational development and will drive our people strategy here in Europe. We’re growing year on year and Zoe will play a big part in ensuring we’re constantly innovating to make C Space a truly fantastic place to work."
