BuzzBack launches social forum for marketers and consumers

US — Online market research provider BuzzBack has launched an online social forum that allows marketers to connect with consumer to solve brand challenges.

BuzzBack Hive aims to introduce pop-up qualitative communities within a social media experience that enable consumers to communicate through blogs, idea building, photo sharing, time phased exercises, short polls and mobile exercises according to the company.

In addition, BuzzBack Hive fully integrates BuzzBack’s tools such as eCollage and Concept Focus.

“It’s important that today’s research methods evolve along with consumers toward more social and collaborative communication. BuzzBack Hive allows marketers to strategically optimise the give-and-take of social media and to relate with consumers in the same way that they are already relating to others online,” said Carol Fitzgerald, founder and CEO of BuzzBack.
