UK — Voice of the customer research company eDigitalResearch has promoted Steve Brockway, its chief operating officer, to the position of managing director.
Brockway (pictured) joined eDigitalResearch in 2006 to head its retail research team. Since 2013, he has been a board member.
His appointment comes as founding directors Chris Russell and Michelle Fuller take up the role of joint executive chair to drive the organisations global growth and ambitions.
The company has also promoted Nada Gillard and Liz Boffey to the board of directors as chief product officer and chief delivery officer respectively taking its leadership board to seven.
