UK – Insights consultancy, BritainThinks, has made Cordelia Hay and Anastasia Knox associate partners as part of a raft of promotions.
Both will continue to lead on their key clients but will also join founding partners, Deborah Mattinson, Viki Cooke and Ben Shimshon in the partner team, taking on further strategic responsibilities in the business.
In addition, Holly Wicks has been promoted to client development director; she will work on BritainThinks’ culture and ensuring its focus on clients remains central as the company grows.
Michael Allard and Hettie Hill have both been promoted to research lead and Katharine Allen has been promoted to senior research executive.
BritainThinks founding partner, Deborah Mattinson, said: "We are delighted to promote Cordelia, Anastasia, Holly, Michael, Hettie and Katy. All thoroughly deserve this recognition of the hard work they put in and the value they bring to their clients and the company. It will be fantastic to see them step up in their new roles."
