Templer is an experienced mixed methodologies researcher and project manager. Prior to joining BritainThinks in 2015, he worked at the media buying agency, The Specialist Works.

He specialises in the public’s attitudes towards, and use of, technology and has worked on and managed projects for a number of clients including the Home Office, Doteveryone, the Open Data Institute, Cifas and Which?.

Rowlinson (pictured) works across a wide range of research methods and audiences including complex deliberative projects, such as exploring public attitudes towards regulation of large companies for the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) and road congestion for the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC).

She previously worked at the in-house research team of media and advertising agency, UM London.

Other promotions at BritiainThinks are: Amy Rainbow, Catrin Nichols and Isabel Gill who have all been promoted to research lead; Eleanor Langdale, Alex Lusuardi and Tom Brookes who are now senior research executives; and Chantal Aberdeen and James Cox have joined the team permanently from the internship programme as research executives.

BritainThinks founding partner, Ben Shimshon, said: “We are delighted to promote all 10 members of our team. All thoroughly deserve this recognition of the hard work they put in and the value they bring to their clients and the company. It will be fantastic to see them step up in their new roles."

Earlier this week, BritainThinks announced it was handing majority ownership of the business to its employees via a trust.
