Bolt Insight launches research platform

UK – AI-moderated consumer research business Bolt Insight has released an always-on research platform spanning qualitative, quantitative, user experience (UX) and social listening.

The platform, called Bolt Intelligence, provides insight teams with a single system in which to run projects such as AI-moderated in-depth interviews, online ethnography, MaxDiff, brand health trackers, UX concept testing and large-scale quantitative studies.

Bolt Intelligence uses proprietary AI agents, including Signal Scanner to monitor social platforms and forums for emerging trends and brand signals, and Pattern Detective to find where qualitative, quantitative and social listening research align or diverge across a client’s full research history.

The platform also has a Foresight Engine agent to generate trend predictions based on pattern trajectories, cross-study convergences and market intelligence. Bolt Intelligence uses the company’s Bolt IQ AI model.

Hakan Yurdakul, chief executive and co-founder at Bolt Insight, said: “While others built AI to replace the researcher, we built Bolt Insight to elevate and amplify them, because every feature has been designed by people who have sat in the debrief, written the discussion guide and had to make the findings stick in a room full of stakeholders.”
