Maclagan joined Blue Marble in 2021 following a master’s in global migration at University College London (UCL).
Before taking up his new role, Maclagan worked with clients including Guide Dogs, Crisis and TSB and is currently managing Blue Marble’s longitudinal study following 50 vulnerable households through the cost-of-living crisis for Citizens Advice.
Nadia Chan has also joined Blue Marble as research manager, having previously been client manager for Unilever at Kantar WorldPanel and also had prior roles at the ABRSM, Trinity McQueen and 2CV.
Evie Fleck has also been appointed as research executive at Blue Marble, having recently completed an MA in gender, society and representation at UCL.
Emma Partridge, founding partner at Blue Marble, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Nadia and Evie to the team, and are excited about the contribution they will be making to important research over the coming months.
“Oscar’s promotion represents well-deserved recognition of the important project management role he is playing on major studies, day in, day out – he has a bright future ahead of him.”
