Bloosky Interactive acquires Tracking202

US— Online advertising and direct marketing agency Bloosky Interactive has acquired pay-per-click analytics business Tracking202 for an undisclosed amount.

Tracking202 co-founders Wes Mahler (pictured) and Steven Truong will stay with the firm having taken an equity stake in Bloosky as part of the deal.

Its software aims to help marketers track, analyse, manage and optimise their online pay-per-click ad campaigns.

Bloosky CEO Matt Cook said: “Bloosky’s vendors and partners are the ones who will reap the greatest reward from this acquisition. Our relationships and broad-based research will translate into high-volume response rates, sustainable revenue and high quality customer transactions.”
