Bilendi & respondi launches research platform
Through the platform, researchers can access Bilendi’s proprietary panels for quantitative and qualitative work.
Researchers can prototype cost and feasibility prior to launching projects using the company’s panels, with Eurostat national representative statistics included in the platform.
Users can also track and manage requests, including those started outside the platform, and access a library of white papers, case studies and industry resources.
Also included is access to Bilendi Discuss, the company’s AI-based tool for qualitative research studies via social messaging apps or a web portal.
Bilendi has spent three years developing the platform, which is hosted in Europe on a proprietary cloud service operated by the company.
Marc Bidou, chief executive and founder, Bilendi (pictured), said: “The launch marks a major milestone in our mission: to provide solutions tailored to every need and enable our clients to achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.
“This platform embodies our commitment to innovation and reflects our determination to be a trusted partner for our clients, whether they prefer full-service support or complete autonomy.”
