Ben Leet joins Ayda as fractional CFOO
Leet (pictured) was chief executive of Delineate until earlier this year, and has also previously held senior roles at YouGov and Instantly. After leaving Delineate, he formed a consultancy business.
Ayda has also appointed Susie Spencer as digital product design consultant, leading product development of Ayda’s platform. She has previously worked at Walmart and SimpleUsability.
Additionally, Laura Lilienthal joins as fractional chief marketing officer. During her 23-year career, she has focused on growing business-to-business software platforms.
Lilienthal’s appointment will support the company’s geographical expansion within Europe and North America.
Ayda’s software platform is used by research teams to pay incentives to research participants. Founded in 2021, the company is headquartered in London and operates in the UK and the US.
‘Fractional’ roles allow individuals to work for organisations on a part-time or project-based basis.
Shifra Cook, chief executive and founder, Ayda, said: “Ayda has always been a business with ambitious goals and now we have the team in place to achieve them.”
