Behaviorally appoints chief digital officer
Albert (pictured) will be responsible for ensuring the company’s processes and operations help both the physical and digital sides of the business. He will also lead the business’ diversity and inclusion taskforce.
Before joining Behaviorally, Albert was chief operating officer at PRS in Vivo globally. His previous roles at the company include leading the quantitative and qualitative teams in the Americas, and as a research director at PRS in Vivo’s predecessor, Perception Research Services.
The creation of the role comes after Behaviorally’s adoption of a digital-first approach following its recent rebrand. PRS In Vivo USA changed its name to Behaviorally earlier this month after a majority investment from asset management group Alcentra.
Alex Hunt, chief executive of Behaviorally, said: “Sam’s appointment to chief digital officer is a tangible manifestation of our strategic commitment to a ‘digital -first’ approach to defining and diagnosing the consumer behaviours that drive shopper growth.”
