UK – Customer insights company Zappi has promoted Babita Earle to managing director, international.
Earle (pictured) will oversee Zappi’s international business and growth strategy in her new position.
Before taking up her new role, Earle was executive vice-president global enterprise partnerships at Zappi and has worked at the company since September 2016, having previously spent 16 years at GfK.
In addition to her work at Zappi, Earle has also sat on the board of Women in Research and the main board at the Market Research Society (MRS).
Earle currently chairs the MRS equality, diversity and inclusion council.
Ryan Barry, president at Zappi, said: “Babita is at the forefront of pioneering both insights transformation for some of the world’s biggest consumer brands and equality across the insights industry.
