UK — Market research agency B2B International has established a business-to-business advice and consultancy division, B2B Advisory, as part of its expansion strategy.
The launch follows a period of growth for B2B International, it’s annual turnover reached £7.5m in year-end 2014.
B2B Advisory’s marketing specialists will provide mentoring and consultancy across clients’ marketing strategy including brand audits, customer journey mapping, ideas workshops, customer service development and marketing intelligence training.
Paul Hague (pictured), founder of B2B International and principal consultant of B2B Advisory, said: “Since the company’s foundation, our teams have examined almost every marketing subject there is and have worked closely with the world’s largest b2b businesses to help them understand their customers’ needs and experiences. We’ve seen a growing demand for external expertise from firms to help make improvements across their marketing activities, and B2B Advisory is the natural next step in that journey.”
B2B International was launched in 1998 and now employs 120 people across its global network. Its headquarters are in Stockport, Greater Manchester.
