Ayda launches new research operations tools
The tools, called ReOps, will look to improve efficiency for users in research organisations and focuses on streamlining its user experience.
Ayda was set up in 2021 by chief executive officer Shifra Cook and operates in the UK and US, focusing on research operations tasks spanning a range from participant management and communications through to making direct-to-bank payments.
Cook said: “We’re always looking for ways to provide our customers with a better, more efficient experience.
“We’re excited to offer an even smoother, more streamlined experience for users in research organisations that will help them to spend even less time on ReOps tasks, and more time engaged in delivering insights.”
