Audience sample goes self-service at SurveyMonkey

US— DIY survey company SurveyMonkey has officially launched its self-service sample product through its Audience panel after six months of internal trials.

Users can now buy targeted sample from its panel of more than three million web users directly, whereas previously they had to fill out a request form and liaise with the company to gain access to the Audience sample.

SurveyMonkey vice president Brent Chudoba said: “Our customers are now in control and are able to quickly and cost-effectively target the right people to capture relevant insights.”
