Attest launches AI-moderated interviewing

UK – Consumer insights business Attest has added an AI-moderated interview tool to its research platform.

The tool will allow research, marketing and product teams to conduct one-to-one AI-moderated interviews with consumers.

Researchers can first create an interview guide through the company’s existing AI research assistant, which drafts from a brief.

Attest said it is looking to meet market demand for qualitative insight tools based on quantitative research grounding.

Attest is headquartered in London, with an office in New York City. Organisations and B2C brands use its software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to set up and distribute surveys.

Todd Latham, chief executive, Attest, said: “The launch of Attest Explore is the first step in our broader platform vision for an integrated insights solution that customers can really trust.

“We’re keeping the real human insights that brands know they can trust at the core of our offering, bringing in AI to streamline and accelerate the user experience.”
