The acquisition will help support AppsFlyer’s core products and develop its AppsFlyer Privacy Cloud Marketplace, as well as expanding its ability to service gaming and digital businesses.

Devtodev was founded in 2014 and helps developers analyse games and apps and provides data-powered insights for user retention, conversions and personalising experiences.

Oren Kaniel, chief executive and co-founder at AppsFlyer, said: “Devtodev’s technology, team and expertise are a perfect match for AppsFlyer, creating a synergy that fuels not just business growth, but a visionary approach to the future.

“This collaboration fosters a spirit of unity among marketing, product and monetisation teams, empowering them with a fully integrated data ecosystem.”

Dmitry Kravtsov, founder and chief executive at Devtodev, added: “Our vision at Devtodev has always been to empower gaming and app developers to make the best data-driven decisions.

“By joining forces with AppsFlyer, we will provide developers the ability to leverage integrated data, artificial intelligence and insights to create powerful, captivating experiences that drive efficient business growth.”
