Annual revenue up 35% to £16m, says BrainJuicer

UK— BrainJuicer has reported a 35% increase in annual revenue to more than £16m, according to a trading update released ahead of its full results in March.

Profits have not been divulged as yet, though BrainJuicer said they had “grown well”, with an operating profit that would “somewhat exceed market expectations”.

The online research agency said revenue growth had come primarily from the US and UK businesses, while “good progress” had been made in the Switzerland and Germany offices which marked two full years of operations at the end of December.

There’s no word, though, on the performance of the business in the Netherlands, which reported a 9% decline in sales in the first half of the year but has since been taken over by new management in the shape of Carola Verschoor, the former international marketing director for coffee innovations at Sara Lee.

Group revenue was up 49% to £7.2m in the first half.
