Andrew Tenzer and Ian Murray launch consultancy
The consultancy, called Burst Your Bubble, will partner with marketers and businesses to approach commercial and social challenges from diverse points of view.
Burst Your Bubble will initially focus on training in business critical areas, including building skills and capacity for perspective taking, and reframing how the industry approaches research and behavioural science.
The company will also advise on and create thought leadership for media owners, brands and their agencies.
Tenzer (pictured left) spent six years at Reach as director of market insight and brand strategy before leaving earlier this year, and has also worked at organisations such as Channel 4 and the BBC.
Murray (pictured right) has held leadership roles in the research industry include managing director at Hall & Partners (Europe) and executive partner at HPI, co-founding behavioural insights consultancy House51 in 2014.
Tenzer said: “Burst Your Bubble isn’t about changing your values and beliefs, it’s about helping people to embrace multiple perspectives.
“We’re excited to work with marketers and businesses who want to do things differently and change marketing for the better.”
Murray commented: “Burst your Bubble is born out of the fascinating journey Andrew and I have been on exploring the culture of marketing, and supporting people in realising the full potential of their ideas.
“All of our work has shown us that everyone has bubbles, but it’s what you do about it that counts.”
