CANADA — Loyalty programme Aeroplan is to make its insight community, Aeroplan Advisors, available through Vision Critical’s Voice of the Market panel offering.
Vision Critical operates three of its own panels – Springboard UK, Springboard America, and the Angus Reid Forum. Between them, they have a total of 500,000 respondents.
Bringing Aeroplan Advisors into the fold adds another 90,000 respondents to the mix. Members of the Advisors community are all part of the Aeroplan programme; as such, they are predominantly affluent consumers, small business owners and corporate decision makers.
Aeroplan will continue to use the community for its own corporate consumer insights research, but members will now be given the chance to participate in projects commissioned through Vision Critical’s Voice of the Market service.
