US – New York-based media intelligence business Advertiser Perceptions has appointed Reuters’ Josh Becker as chief financial officer.
Becker (pictured) was previously global head of decision support at Thomson Reuters, where he spent 23 years in various roles.
Established in 2002, Advertiser Perceptions provides research-based strategic market intelligence and analysis to the media, advertising and ad tech industries.
The company recently secured investment from private equity firm Eureka Equity Partners.
Randy Cohen, co-founder and chief executive, Advertiser Perceptions, said: “Josh’s deep expertise and vast experience supporting strategic growth acceleration – especially for information service companies – will be invaluable for Advertiser Perceptions as we seek to fast-track our next phase of growth and develop new ways to serve our current and future clients.”
Becker said that he would help Advertiser Perceptions “strategically drive revenue and maximise profit as the company looks to expand its capabilities”.
