US— Media buying firm AdStaff Media has acquired Media Research Planning and Placement (MRPP), a media agency offering market research and media planning and buying services.
MRPP CEO Sheila Ogle (pictured) will serve as a consultant to AdStaff Media while she pursues other business and community activities, including operating a facility designed to hosts weddings, receptions and corporate meetings.
Bubba Patton, partner at AdStaff Media’s parent company Eastport Holdings, said: “AdStaff Media completed this asset sale purchase as part of our efforts to do more business in the Research Triangle [North Carolina] market. We look forward to offering MRPP’s clients the same high standards they have come to expect when they partner with us for their media purchases.”
