US— Brand consultancy Added Value North America has created two new development roles and moved two members of staff from Europe to the US.
Courtney Rothstein (pictured), who currently manages the firm’s New York office, has been given the role of executive vice president and domestic development officer, which will see her made responsible for developing tools and approaches to be implemented across the US business. She will take up the position in July.
The other new role is that of EVP and global development director, which has been given to Ruth Moss, previously the firm’s executive vice president for brand development. Her role will be to implement globally-developed offers within the US business.
Moving to the US from Europe are Marie Ridgley and Helen Firth. Ridgley has been appointed EVP and managing director in the New York office, while Firth becomes senior vice president for brand development. Ridgley was previously co-managing director at Added Value’s London office while Firth was at the firm’s Paris office.
Added Value North America’s CEO Maggie Taylor said: “I’m extremely pleased to have these talented women by my side to continue building our client relationships in the US. Through their passionate commitment to clients’ success, they’ve earned tremendous respect throughout the organisation. These roles will give us an even greater ability to help our clients tackle their toughest marketing challenges.”
