Added Value adds Xiao Hui to South East Asia team

SINGAPORE — Brand development and insight consultancy Added Value has appointed Xiao Hui Hsu as senior brand manager for South East Asia region.

Xiao Hui joins Added Value from Unilever, where she served as assistant global brand manager for Lux.

Xiao Hui will focus on formulating and executing pragmatic brand and marketing strategies and report to Singapore-based Carol Mok, Head of Strategy, Added Value.

“We have seen an increased level of demand from clients for insight driven brand strategies. It is vital that we bring in an experienced marketer who has a deep understanding of the consumer needs and proven ability to translate marketing insights into actionable initiatives,” said Carol.
