US— Matomy Media Group is buying interactive marketing and advertising agency Adperio, a US firm that also recruits respondents for online market research panels.
The acquisition will be paid over the course of four years, with the final value likely to be in the region of $30m, based on Adperio’s performance.
Adperio CEO David Asseoff said: “Joining Matomy Media Group brings breadth and depth to Adperio’s market proposition.
“We are confident that our customers will profit from the vast know-how, experience and technology that the group offers in the display advertising and affiliate marketing channels.”
Asseoff will remain as CEO of Adperio, which is based in Colorado and has annual revenues of approximately $50m.
