Ackwest buys MySoapBox panellists
Interviewing Services of America (ISA) is phasing out its MySoapBox panel in the next several months.
Ackwest plans to integrate opted-in MySoapBox’s consumer panellists with its own panel with the aim of engaging a broader, more diverse audience and allowing for more precise targeting across demographics and geographic locations.
MySoapBox is an online research community originally established as part of ISA’s online sample division SoapBoxSample.
Dan Parcon, vice-president, ISA, said: “We have decided to exit the first-party panel business for strategic reasons and are excited to partner with Ackwest to provide our engaged panellists with an opportunity to continue contributing to meaningful consumer research.”
Consumer insights and marketing services acquisition firm Ackwest launched a year ago and has since acquired online research business Precision Sample and healthcare research company J. Reckner Associates.
Michael Sanfelippo, operating partner at Ackwest Group and TestSet president (pictured), said: “This expands our reach and strengthens our ability to create and deliver high-quality first-party data to our customers.
“Combining MySoapBox’s engaged panellists with our AI-driven tech platform allows us to target and engage audiences more effectively. At the core of this is our commitment to treating each panel member with care and respect to ensure the reliability of our data solutions.”
