AUSTRALIA — Lucy Acheson has been appointed head of data science and insights at customer experience agency RAPP Australia.
Acheson joins the agency directly from London, where she was head of data at WDMP. She will work across both the Sydney and Melbourne offices.
Simone Blakers, managing director, RAPP Sydney said: “We are delighted to welcome Lucy to RAPP and have been working closely with her in the lead up to her official move to Australia.
“Her experience and insights from the contrasting dynamics in the European market means we have the structure and leading talent in place to really interrogate and translate data into actionable, effective, insights for Australian brands.”
