SWITZERLAND – Accenture has agreed to acquire IT services company Trivadis AG and bring it into the group’s cloud services division.
Trivadis helps companies develop data warehouse services and automate operational tasks in databases.
Founded in 1994, the company is headquartered in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, with offices in Germany, Austria, Denmark and Romania, and employs 710 staff. It has worked with clients across industries including the public sector, automotive and life science.
Following the acquisition, the company’s staff will join the Data & AI team within Accenture Cloud First.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed and completion is subject to closing conditions.
Karthik Narain, global lead, Accenture Cloud First, said: “Acquiring Trivadis will strengthen our ability to help clients blend data from different sources together in real-time, build agile reporting, and leverage analytics and artificial intelligence to create broadly accessible customer, market and operational insights that deliver meaningful business outcomes.”
