Accenture buys IMJ

US – Global professional services company Accenture has completed its acquisition of Japanese full-service digital agency IMJ.

Financial details of the purchase were not released but the acquisition builds Accenture Interactive in the region and brings together the creativity and digital tech of the two companies. Accenture Interactive offers integrated digital marketing services, from experience design to marketing, content and commerce, focused on the digital customer.

Atsushi Egawa, country managing director at Accenture Japan, said: "Digital services are a core capability we use to help drive the transformation of our clients and enable them to achieve business growth.”
