US – Strategic marketing research company 360 Market Reach has appointed Kirk Parsons as vice-president of client development.
Parsons (pictured) was previously vice-president of client leadership at Nielsen. He has also worked for Kantar and spent 23 years at US-based market research company JD Power.
In his new position, Parsons will lead the sales team to drive new client acquisition and strengthen existing strategic client relationships.
Alicia Ierardi, co-founder and chief executive of 360 Market Reach, said: “We hired Kirk to continue our fast-paced growth trajectory and provide additional support to our clients.
“He has a passion for working with companies to help improve product and brand positioning to ultimately drive business growth looking through the customer experience lens.”
