US — Research technology and service firm 20|20 Research has appointed Natalie Ogando as director of the company’s Miami focus group facility.
Ogando joined the company in 2006 from McDonald’s Corporation and in her new role will oversee all operations for the Miami facility as well as manage recruitment for a sister facility.
Jim Bryson, 20|20 CEO and founder said: “[Ogando] intuitively understands the qualitative research process and has helped us build an experienced team that delivers the level of support needed by clients to effectively research and develop their products or services. She was a natural choice to step up and lead our team there.”
