Denise Brown – research hero

Denise Brown, Team Leader, Field Operations, ESA Retail

Denise is a Mystery Shopping Team Leader at ESA Retail (Part of the BVA BDRC Group). She has been working in the field team for 26 years. She enjoys the project management work as it is always a challenge with different projects, critical client deadlines and a range of shoppers. 

Denise was nominated because "she has been faultlessly committed in support of her colleagues and our clients, and she is the heart and soul of our business. During her time with us Denise has trained countless colleagues, giving them a great start in the industry and providing solid foundations for them to continue their journey in research."
