US – Experience management company Medallia is to integrate with software company Oracle’s CX service.
The partnership will offer data on customers’ experiences of their customer service interactions with brands.
It will capture feedback signals including web surveys, messaging, video, and voice analytics.
Leslie Stretch, chief executive officer for Medallia, said: “Our relationship with Oracle will arm service teams with customer intelligence they can use to turn service into revenue.”
