UK – Omnicom-owned global customer agency, C Space, has promoted Kathryn Blanshard to managing director UK – a role previously held jointly by Phil Burgess and Felix Koch, who have both been promoted to global roles.
Blanshard (pictured), who joined the business in 2010, and was most recently vice-president, director of partnerships EMEA, has helped grow C Space business across Europe and has led work for the company’s largest European clients.
Blanshard said: “We are lucky to have clients who challenge us and a team at C Space who are passionate about building an amazing place to work. I’m excited to take us through our next chapter as a customer agency.”
Burgess will take on the newly created role of chief people and operations officer for the Americas, relocating to Boston.
Koch is being promoted to regional CEO, EMEA & APAC. Based in the UK, he will lead and expand the Europe and Asia Pacific business.
