UK – Full service insight agency Opinium Research has made senior research executive, James Crouch, an equity partner in the agency.
Crouch (pictured) started as an intern in 2013 and joins more than a third of the agency staff who have been made joint-owners and awarded an equity share in the business.
A quarter of Opinium’s equity was released to staff across all levels during its first 10 years. Its policy is to release a further 25% so that ultimately half of the agency will be owned by its employees.
