UK – Coffee shop chain, Costa Coffee, has appointed Lida to deliver its first global loyalty strategy for its loyalty programme Costa Coffee Club.
Lida will work on a consistent loyalty programme across markets and gain consumer insight into what its customers value from the Costa brand in local markets across the world.
Matthew Heath, chairman of Lida, said: “With the loyalty market undergoing its biggest change in recent years, Costa has been one of the first brands to embrace this change and look ahead to what this means for customer experience.”
In the UK, Costa will continue to work with Prophecy Unlimited to execute Costa Coffee Club Campaigns.
