Before joining Ipsos Mori, Gray worked as an academic researcher in political communications at the Institute of Communications Studies, University of Leeds.

"I am delighted to appoint Emily to this important role, where she will inspire and lead the team in providing high quality research and evaluation to our clients," said Bobby Duffy, managing director of Ipsos Mori’s social research institute.

"She combines hands on research expertise and strong client focus with energy and a passion for innovation, which makes her the ideal leader for our business in Scotland.”
