Cade (pictured) and Wells will join managing directors Beth Pearson and Andrew Dalglish, chairman David Willan and financial controller Lynda Welch on the management board.

Cade joined Circle in 2013 from industrial consulting firm Strategic Analytics. He won Newcomer of the Year in the 2016 Research Live awards. Wells joined the company in 2010.

Beth Pearson said: “We’ve seen double-digit turnover growth in each of the past five years and have invested heavily in people and systems to support this.”

“Promoting Graeme and Chris to the management team was the natural next step – they’re both highly talented, bring a fresh perspective and increase management bandwidth to help drive the next stage of growth.”

In addition, Yasmin Kang has been hired as project manager. She was previously at global media and information firm Thomson Reuters, where she spent four years in marketing and innovation.
