OnePoint Global unveils mobile survey app
The app allows respondents to scan barcodes, send in photos, videos and voice communications and be targeted for surveys by location.
It is compatible with all mobile operating systems including iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Symbian and tablets such as the iPad.
OnePoint Global CEO Neil Jessop said: “Increasing numbers of people own a mobile device, many of whom download apps, and as a result we have seen significant growth in the demand for mobile surveys. Those who reach the market quickly with the applications that users value will have a distinct advantage moving forward.”
Nielsen has already used the app to carry out consumer research in the UK.
