New Look adds CRM responsibilities to Lucas’s insight remit

UK— Fashion retail chain New Look has promoted Oliver Lucas to head of insight and customer relationship management.

He has been with the company since 2006, beginning as a customer insight executive before moving up to customer and brand strategy manager in 2007 and then senior customer insight manager in 2008.

Lucas began his research career with TNS. Last year he won Retail Week’s Rising Star Award for Marketing.
