UK – Brand safety and suitability technology company Zefr has promoted Jon Morra to chief artificial intelligence (AI) officer.
Morra (pictured) has been at Zefr since 2016, based in California, US, and held prior roles of chief data officer and chief product officer at the company.
In his new role, Morra will use machine learning (ML) and AI to meet the core needs of Zefr customers and will help lead the integration of AI technologies, including large language models, computer vision techniques and video analysis, into Zefr’s technology.
Richard Raddon, co-chief executive and co-founder at Zefr, said: “We are thrilled to have Jon Morra lead our AI and ML efforts. His extensive expertise in AI and ML is crucial for us as we navigate the complexities of the digital advertising landscape.
“Jon’s leadership in AI will drive our efforts to deliver safer and more suitable advertising environments for brands, across the world’s largest social platforms.”
