Mekla (pictured right) has been named as chief commercial officer for southern Europe, overseeing France, Spain, Italy and Belgium, while Di Talamo (pictured left) is chief commercial officer for northern Europe and growth markets, covering the UK, Germany, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East.

Di Talamo joined Xpln.ai in December 2025 as UK managing director, while Mekla was named as managing director for France in January 2025.

The new regional structure is intended to bring together commercial leadership and client management across markets, according to the company.

Xpln.ai was founded in Paris and is headquartered in New York, with seven offices opened in the past year across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America.

The firm is a global attention intelligence platform that uses eye tracking, contextual signals, predictive models, and other analysis and measurement tools to examine attention across the internet, social media, connected television and YouTube.

Fabien Magalon, chief executive and co-founder at Xpln.ai, said: “Over the past year, Xpln.ai has extended its international footprint significantly. The next step is about turning that presence into a truly connected global organisation.

“Dominic and Massi’s expanded responsibilities mark an important step in our ambition.”
