The deal, which is subject to regulatory approval, will see Wunderman merge its exsisting digital team and client base into the new entity. Once completed, PT Wunderman Pamungkas Indonesia will offer full service digital marketing solutions to global and local brands. It will be located in Jakarta.

Management of the agency will be handled by Agung (pictured) and Prastowo, who join as head of planning & strategy and general manager respectively. Both were formerly at integrated agency RTR360 as digital director and business director respectively.
