Workflows launches Smart In-Store research service

Technology UK

UK — Mobile research company Workflows has launched an in-store research service.

Smart In-Store, launched this week, doesn’t require an app or access to a traditional survey, as respondents share their thoughts and experiences via text and picture messages sent ‘in the moment’.

“The beauty of this service is its simplicity,” said Mark Ashton, director at Workflows. “Respondents do not have to change their behaviour in any way. It employs a method that is second nature to most people. They don’t even have to think about it.”
