US— The Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA) is looking for feedback on its new measurement and metrics guidelines.
A draft version of the Metrics Best Practice Guidebook, developed by a group of WOMMA’s “brainiac members”, is available here for members to comment on before the official launch in November.
WOMMA said it will review comments and make any applicable changes before releasing the final version at its Research Symposium and Marketing Summit in Las Vegas.
The association said the book is designed to help marketers better understand social media marketing measurement and provide an overview of the sector’s key topics.
