CANADA— Vital Insights has appointed Joerg Hoehner, previously of SPA Future Thinking, as its new managing director for the EMEA region, tasked with leading the firm’s expansion.
Hoehner (pictured) was previously SVP of the automotive group at SPA Future Thinking and has worked in the past as SVP of automotive research for Maritz and managing director of Ipsos Loyalty in Germany.
Jason Tryfon, president and CEO at Vital Insights, said: “Our products and services are all about delivering an outstanding customer experience, and Joerg will help to share that vision with new organisations across the EMEA region. We are exceptionally excited to have him join our team and bring his impressive experience in customer experience and automotive companies to Vital Insights.”
